HISTORIC HOUSES, CASTLES, GARDENS AND MUSEUMS IN COUNTY WATERFORD
Magnificent home of The Marquis of Waterford and his ancestors since 1170. Outstanding Arboretum. Interior of house contains exceptionally fine plasterwork. Grounds include bridge built in 1205 for King John to cross River Clodagh and unique shell grotto built and personally decorated by Catherine Poer, Countess of Tyrone in 1754.

Opening Times
From Easter to October 15th every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm also 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month (By arrangement)
Admission €10.00 for the House and €5.00 for the Shell House. Also to groups by prior appointment Monday to Friday year round.
The grounds and Shell House are also open every Thursday and Bank Holiday between Easter and mid October between the hours of 2-5pm. Admission €5.00.
